Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand various departmental functions and organizational policies.
- Meet performance goals (SMART) set by management.
- Observe and collaborate with senior team members to understand best practices and industry standards.
- Address customer concerns, identify service gaps, and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies, and facilitate regular sales and operations meetings.
- Support marketing initiatives, including event coordination and brand-building activities.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing training programs and managing personnel.
- Manage budgets and financial objectives for branches and projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure ethical standards and compliance with industry regulations.
