Job Description:
• Understand and support various departmental functions and company policies across operations and management.
• Achieve performance goals (SMART) as determined by upper management.
• Observe and learn from experienced team members to understand best practices and standards.
• Assess employee performance, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
• Address customer concerns, identify service gaps, and implement solutions.
• Develop and execute sales plans, and facilitate regular sales and operations meetings.
• Enhance brand awareness and coordinate marketing activities and events.
• Regularly interact with customers for feedback and satisfaction.
• Organize training programs and manage branch personnel.
• Monitor market trends and identify business opportunities.
• Oversee branch budgets and financial objectives.
• Collaborate with other branches for knowledge sharing and goal achievement.
• Maintain ethical standards and industry compliance.
Other Requirement

• Prior experience in cosmetics or aesthetic clinics is advantageous.
• Target-driven and willing to travel to branches across Bangladesh.
• Working hours: 11 AM to 8 PM, six days a week.
