Position Summary:
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive/Sr. Executive, HR to manage and support the human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and supporting HR policies to ensure effective implementation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely hiring.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and ensure a positive working environment.
Support in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Organize employee engagement activities and foster a culture of open communication and feedback.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance management systems, including setting KPIs, monitoring progress, and conducting performance reviews.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
Help design and track employee development plans to foster continuous learning and growth.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations and benefits administration.
Manage HR documentation, including contracts, leave management, and employee certifications.
Compliance & Policies:
Ensure HR policies and procedures are in line with labor laws and company standards.
Support in ensuring company-wide adherence to workplace policies, codes of conduct, and ethical standards.
Training & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs and developing learning programs for employees.
Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee skill development.
Other HR Functions:
Maintain and track attendance, leave records, and other employee data.
Support the HR Manager in strategic HR planning and organizational development initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for management meetings.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Executive: At least 1-2 years of experience in HR.
Sr. Executive: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
Additional Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HRIS software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player with a high level of professionalism.
Good understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
