Position Summary:
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Executive, In-Store Technical Sales to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling our range of skincare products, treatments, and wellness solutions by providing expert advice and technical information to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy or a related field, with experience in technical sales within the pharmaceutical, skincare, beauty, or wellness industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in-store, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals products and treatments.

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-store product demonstrations and provide detailed explanations of the benefits and usage of skincare products, treatments, dietary supplements, and wellness products.

  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s range of products and treatments to customers.

  • Technical Expertise: Leverage technical knowledge to explain the scientific aspects of our products and treatments, ensuring customers understand the value proposition.

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.

  • Training & Education: Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends, educating both customers and colleagues.

  • Inventory Management: Assist with managing in-store inventory levels and ensure product availability.

  • Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to management to improve product offerings and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Genetic Engineering, Business administration or a related field.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the pharmaceuticals, skincare, beauty, or wellness industry.

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of cosmeceuticals, dietary supplements, and wellness products, including their scientific and technical aspects.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively.

  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a passion for helping customers achieve their skincare and wellness goals.

  • Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Workplace:
This role is for in-store work, and candidates must be willing to work at various locations across Bangladesh as per business requirements.
