Job Context:
Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is seeking a proactive and driven Executive, Business Development to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding partnerships, and contributing to the overall development of the company. This position involves collaboration with other organizations, identifying new opportunities, and facilitating business expansion both locally and regionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth & Development:

    • Identify and explore new business opportunities in the market, fostering partnerships and collaborations with external organizations.

    • Assist in the development of business strategies that align with company goals and objectives.

    • Build relationships with potential business partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive growth.

  • Partnership & Collaboration:

    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with external organizations, business partners, and key industry players.

    • Negotiate and collaborate on business deals, joint ventures, and partnerships that align with Bio-Xin’s strategic direction.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure smooth implementation of partnership agreements.

  • Market Analysis & Research:

    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor strategies, and new potential business avenues.

    • Monitor and assess industry changes to ensure Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals is positioned as a leader in the market.

  • Proposal & Presentation Development:

    • Prepare and present business development proposals to potential clients and partners.

    • Develop presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Bio-Xin’s products and services.

  • Sales Support & Lead Generation:

    • Generate new leads and prospects for the business and sales teams, ensuring alignment with overall sales objectives.

    • Support the sales team by identifying business opportunities, following up on leads, and assisting with closing deals.

  • Travel & External Engagement:

    • Regularly visit external locations for business meetings, conferences, and networking events.

    • Represent Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals at industry events, workshops, and partnership discussions.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields.

  • Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus but not required.

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a related field.

  • Experience in collaborating with external organizations or partnerships is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and network effectively.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to business development.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Willingness to travel for business development activities and external collaborations.
