Key Responsibilities :
1. Administrative Support :
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate meetings, maintain records, and prepare reports as needed.
2. Human Resources :
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
3. Operations :
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
4. Business Development :
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate on strategies to expand the company’s portfolio and client base.
Requirements :
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience needed
Skills :
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.
