- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration. A combined degree in Business Administration and Biological Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, will be given preference.
Job Description
- To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned branch.
- Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
- Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
- Product presentation to the client.
- Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Delivering the technical information to the client.
- Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
- Follow up on sales activity.
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
