Educational Requirements
• Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Business Administration. A combined degree in Business Administration and Biological Sciences, such as Pharmaceutical Sciences, will be given preference.
Job Description
• To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned branch.
• Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of sales and service delivery.
• Prepare sales action plans inside the branch.
• Product presentation to the client.
• Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials.
• Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
• Delivering the technical information to the client.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
