Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Asst. Executive/Executive, Training & Development to join our team at Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a passion for learning and development, aiming to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related science fields and some relevant experience in training or education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the identification of training needs within the company through regular communication with department heads and employees.

  • Support the development and implementation of training programs and materials.

  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and reporting.

  • Maintain records of training activities and employee participation.

  • Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring up-to-date content.

  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to facilitate training sessions.

  • Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team as needed.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related science field.

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in training or education, preferably in a corporate setting.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles.

  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and training methodologies.
