Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Asst. Executive/Executive, Training & Development to join our team at Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals. This entry-level role is designed for candidates with a passion for learning and development, aiming to support the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related science fields and some relevant experience in training or education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification of training needs within the company through regular communication with department heads and employees.
Support the development and implementation of training programs and materials.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue preparation, and participant communication.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and reporting.
Maintain records of training activities and employee participation.
Assist in managing the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring up-to-date content.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to facilitate training sessions.
Provide administrative support to the Training & Development team as needed.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related science field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in training or education, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
Knowledge of instructional design principles.
Familiarity with adult learning theories and training methodologies.
