Job Summary
The Assistant Executive/Executive, Pharmacist will serve as the frontline support for customer assistance, product knowledge, and treatment guidance. This role combines customer service with the opportunity to assist the Product Management Department (PMD) and Research & Development (R&D) departments in driving the creation and enhancement of products. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about pharmaceutical products, treatments, and the skincare/cosmeceutical industry, while demonstrating a passion for customer care and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Provide expert advice to customers regarding the use, benefits, and application of Bio-Xin products, ensuring they are fully informed about available treatments.
Product Knowledge & Treatment Guidance: Educate customers on product features, proper usage, and how products can address their needs. Recommend suitable products based on their skin concerns or treatment requirements.
Collaboration with R&D/PD: Assist the Research & Development (R&D) and Product Management Department (PMD) teams by providing insights from customer interactions, helping in product testing, formulation feedback, and product enhancement.
Customer Feedback: Collect customer feedback and report back to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products and customer experience.
Inventory Management: Support inventory management at the branch, ensuring that product stock levels are maintained and that the shelves are stocked with up-to-date items.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product queries, and treatment recommendations.
Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the customers’ needs are addressed, supporting sales goals while maintaining product knowledge and brand integrity.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products comply with health and safety regulations and that customers are properly guided according to these standards.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
In-depth knowledge of skincare and pharmaceutical products.
Ability to interact professionally with customers and offer tailored treatment recommendations.
Knowledge of product formulation and customer treatment needs.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience: Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare setting, or retail (preferably in the cosmetics/pharmaceutical industry) is a plus but not required.
