Job Summary
As a Product Development Executive, you will support the creation, planning, and execution of innovative products that align with Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals' vision. This role involves research, coordination, and collaboration with various departments to bring new products from concept to market. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enthusiastic about contributing to the development of cosmeceutical products.
Key Responsibilities
Product Conceptualization: Assist in brainstorming and developing new product ideas, supporting formulation processes, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
Sample Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain samples, coordinate testing, and manage feedback from internal stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on product development stages, including costs, timelines, and quality assessments.
Quality Control: Ensure that products meet regulatory, quality, and company standards by coordinating with quality assurance and compliance teams.
Cross-functional Support: Work closely with marketing, sales, and procurement teams to ensure a smooth transition of products from development to launch.
Project Management: Assist with the timelines and budgets associated with product development, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Cosmetic Science, or related field.
Skills:
Strong analytical and research skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to work well in a team and coordinate with multiple departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools is a plus.
Experience: Internship experience in a similar role or familiarity with the cosmeceutical/ Pharmaceuticals industry is preferred but not mandatory.
