Job Summary
As an Assistant Executive/Executive in the Product Management Department, you will assist in the development, marketing, and lifecycle management of products at Bio-Xin Cosmeceuticals. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are passionate about product management and are eager to learn about the process of bringing innovative skincare and cosmeceutical products to market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products meet the company’s strategic goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development Support: Assist in managing product portfolios from ideation to launch, collaborating with the Product Development (PD), Research & Development (R&D), and Marketing teams.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor products, helping to inform product development and positioning.
Product Positioning & Strategy: Assist in defining product positioning and strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and target customer segments.
Product Lifecycle Management: Support the ongoing management of products, including monitoring performance, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring successful product launches.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to ensure effective product launches and successful execution of product strategies.
Product Documentation: Help maintain product documentation, including specifications, marketing materials, and packaging information.
Pricing & Promotion Support: Assist in analyzing and determining product pricing, promotional strategies, and the creation of product marketing content.
Sales Support: Provide product knowledge and training to the sales team, assisting in the development of sales tools and materials to support their efforts.
Customer & Market Feedback: Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market data to help refine and improve products, as well as contribute to the development of future product ideas.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
Familiarity with product management concepts or marketing principles is a plus.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and basic knowledge of project management tools.
Experience: Previous internships or experience in product management, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required.
